Three ride durations are available, all following jungle trails towards Big Buddha at Big Buddha Safari Camp. Prices are per person: 1 Hour — Drivers (15+ years) ฿1,200 / Passengers riding pillion (3-14 years) ฿1,000. 1.5 Hours — Drivers (15+ years) ฿1,400 / Passengers (3-14 years) ฿1,200. 2 Hours — Drivers (15+ years) ฿1,600 / Passengers (3-14 years) ฿1,400. Children under 3 years old cannot be accommodated. All options include a baby elephant encounter at the safari camp after the ride. Operated by ATV Seaview on Tour.
Drivers (15 years and older) ride their own ATV and actively steer the quad bike along the jungle trail. Passengers (3-14 years) ride pillion on the back of an adult Driver's ATV — they do not drive themselves. There is no minimum age for children riding as passengers other than being at least 3 years old. Children under 3 cannot be accommodated. An adult Driver must accompany any Passenger child — children cannot ride pillion alone.
There are two daily departures: 09:30 and 13:30. These are the start times at the safari camp — hotel pickup will be arranged before these times depending on your location. When booking, select your preferred departure time.
No previous experience is needed. Every tour begins with a safety briefing and basic rules training from an experienced instructor at the safari camp. The ATVs are easy to operate and you will follow your guide at a comfortable pace along the jungle trail. The 200cc ATVs are powerful enough for the terrain but manageable for first-time riders.
Included in all three options: hotel transfer round-trip from free areas, ATV ride (200cc quad bike), basic rules training and safety briefing, helmet, raincoat, injury insurance, baby elephant encounter at the safari camp. Not included: hotel transfer from charged areas (paid in cash on tour day). No food or drinks are included.

Note: transfer charges are per vehicle (max 10 pax), not per person — a group of 6 from Bang Tao pays ฿2,000 total, not ฿2,000 each.
All three options follow the same jungle trail towards Big Buddha — the longer durations simply give more time on the trail and access to more terrain and viewpoints. The 1-hour option covers the route at a faster pace and is ideal for first-timers or those with limited time. The 1.5-hour option is the most popular, offering a balanced ride with time to stop for views. The 2-hour option is the full experience with the most varied terrain and the longest time taking in the Big Buddha viewpoint and Chalong Bay and Andaman Sea panoramas. All options end with the baby elephant encounter at the safari camp.
The trail winds through Phuket's lush jungle and mountain terrain, with the primary destination being the famous Big Buddha (Phra Phuttha Ming Mongkol Akenakiri) — one of Phuket's most iconic landmarks. Along the route there are sweeping views of Chalong Bay and the Andaman Sea. After the ride, back at Big Buddha Safari Camp, guests watch the resident baby elephant. The route uses scenic dirt roads and off-road jungle tracks, giving riders a very different perspective of Phuket compared to beach and island tours.
Yes. Pregnant women are not allowed on the ATV tour. Children under 3 years old cannot be accommodated. Drivers must be at least 15 years old to ride their own ATV. Children aged 3-14 may ride as Passengers on the back of an adult Driver's ATV but cannot ride pillion alone — an adult Driver must accompany them at all times.

Bought two tours to the islands in September 2026. Both were very well organized and perfectly match description on the company website. Pickup and delivery back to the hotel were on time.
It is the cheapest travel agency which operates smoothly and at half price than others around Phuket. We went on 2 tours with them and there was no problem. They picked up us on time and the tours were absolutely fantastic.
You will not find cheaper tours in Phuket. Don’t waste your time hassling with leaflet merchants that you can easily knock down several hundred baht and still not be cheaper!
